If a guy sensed you weren't yourself and he comes to you and asks if you're alright, what would you think of him

I asked a girl I know if she was alright because I thought she wasn't herself, and she sort of choked up a little when I asked her, but she said she's fine thankyou. So I didn't like to pry anymore.
i feel an idiot now that I asked, what will she think of me?

Nah, trust me. We females love it when we're asked if we're ok, especially by the males. We love knowing that someone out there actually cares about how we're feeling. We females are naturally emotional creatures, so it's built in us to love it when a male is concerned.
Don't feel like an idiot cuz u did nothing wrong. Don't worry, when she needs support (again), you'll be one of those people she'll automatically think about to run to for help/advice. It just may take her a while to actually go through with it though.

I would think he was sweet and caring. Honestly though when I'm already close to tears and someone ask me what's wrong the flood gates open up. I don't like crying and I hate for people to see me cry.

Personally, i love it when i guy asks me if I'm ok it makes me feel happy knowing that someone cares about me. From personal experience i find that if me or one of my friends say "I'm ok" then something is bothering them but they don't want to bother you with it.

That he picks up on how I'm feeling, which is rare in guys, and shows he cares about me. That's what I would think. Lots of respect for guys who do that.

In my case when a guy asks me if I'm OK, I'll tell them I'm fine but secretly I'm not. I think it's sweet that they notice when I'm not myself and take the time to check up in me for sure. It shows that people really do care and consider your feelings. I bet when you walked away she had half a smile :)
