I'm married and I can't stop thinking of other women ?

I'd been married for 5 years and I can't stop thinking of other women. Sometimes when I'm making love to my wife start thinking of other women. It's not helping having so many (hot) co-workers flirting with me.

Me and my wife went to the mall together and I started checking out women (about 3 or 4 of them I looked at). Then she got all mad at me. When we got home she yell at me how disrespectful she thought it was. She made me sleep alone in the guest room that night.

She has been cheated on before almost every relationships she was in. How can I make it to her.

I've been married to my wife for 10 years we're very happy together and I still love her as much as I did when we first met. It is also completely natural to find other women attractive. You will torture yourself thinking about these women, this in turn will put a huge strain on your marriage. I went through what your going through, not knowing I could have the best of both worlds, but you will be glad to know you really can. If you follow that classic line "what she doesn't know won't hurt" you will be able to have a loving wife at home aswell as having a bit on the side when your out the house. The reason that line is such a classic is because it has worked over the years for hundreds of men. Believe me there are many respectable men out there you would never imagine to be cheating, but of course they are. These men are very smart, they don't brag to anyone about what they're doing, they just get what they want and leave happy. You need to wise up, be a man and start living your life.

first off you gotta stop looking at other women. Yes its hard but its life there are gonna be beautiful women out there but look at it this way its the same for your wife there is also going to be handsome men out there that she can look at. You have to force yourself if its hard for you start a conversation with your wife look at her and talk to her don't look away to look at other women and keep your mind off of them. If you really love your wife act like it ignore all these other women you have a wife that's there for you who loves you don't ruin it by flirting with other women who might not be as good as your wife there are too many couples getting a divorce try to stay committed to your wife tell her you love her make her feel good give her all the attention and ignore the other women.

Think about how she must feel. Would you like it if she was constantly checking out other men? And you say she's been cheated on before, so she'll obviously be insecure and worried that you'll leave her for someone else, so don't make it worse by checking other women right in front of her. Yes, there will be attractive women all over the place, but so what? You have a wife who loves you and you should appreciate that. Maybe you just need to put the spark back into your marriage and make her feel special.

The first thing you need to do is figure out the root of the problem. what is it that you get from looking at these girls? It might not be sexual at all. Are you feeling emotional drained? Is there something missing from your relationship? What needs are not being met?
