Why an older married woman chatting with a single guy for long hours?

Its an older married woman (F40) who chatting with me (M26) for 3 months, we chat couple of days each week and each time for long hours. She is friendly and young heart woman, but kinda flirt with me so much, no direct sexual but a lot fun and laugh. She always compliment me and say about my unique features. She seems a good person, having kid and clearly haven't good relation with her husband.
Lately I feel maybe she has some feelings for me, as I like her too. Could all of these things and times we spending mean nothing but just a friendship for her or she have some feeling for me?
I'd like to know married women view espeically too

She looks so younger than her age, pretty woman with a modern character.
