I have a girl colleague that uses pretty often the heart. And at the beginning I was confused as fuck, but apparently it's normal for her to do this and doesn't mean anything

Yeah that would confused the heck out of me too haha. I guess I was confused with my boss because there has always been somewhat of a flirtatious undertone in our interactions. But he is much older than I am, at least by 25-30 years… so I’m not sure if that’s how older men are haha.
