I believe my boss is flirting, Here’s why:

• She’s played with my hair
  (Admiring my haircut)

• She’s complimented me multiple times (Called me handsome) , (Said I have pretty hair)

• She said I was gonna make her fall in love with me

(Jokingly, I had dumb blonde moment that made her giggle)

• She’s always happy to see me

Reasons I think she’s being just friendly:

• She’s not afraid to “flirt” infront of others. (I feel if she was seriously flirting, she’d keep it private)

• She’s extremely close to my uncle.

(My uncle’s worked there for 15 Years, The two of them are very close, Us being related definitely got me here)

• she's a bit older
  (Maybe 20 Years older)

If you had not mentioned your Uncle working there, and she being about 20 years older, and doing this in front of people, I would have thought she was definitely flirting. She seems to me like she wants you to feel good about yourself and treats you like a mother. I don't know, I can be wrong here. But that's what it sounds like to me. Should she continue to do this when no one is around, then I would worry. Unless of course, you do want her to flirt yourself.

She is just a friendly flirty person she would be like that with everyone if you hit her up it would probably be rejected unless you got her at the right time the right second that she let her guard down
