Is my boss just friendly or somewhat flirting with me?

the past few days my boss started winking at me when no coworkers or patients are around when we are close nearby. he will look at me, smile, and wink without saying anything. he just started doing this randomly and I've been at my work place 6 months. he's also very complimentary of me and has called me cute/adorable on numerous occasions., or when patients comment on how cute I am he will bring it up. he said I looked like Sabrina carpenter once too. he’s 28 and im 24 and basically im his assistant so I work a lot with him (he’s a physical therapist). he’s also engaged….. I don’t think he does this to the other assistant (she doesn’t work when I work though) and none of the other bosses I have are near as complimentary/tease me as much as he does towards me, although they all are fond of me. thoughts? I don’t know if he says all this stuff just because im younger and he thinks im like a child. for context he is extremely attractive and he definitely knows it… is confident. i also understand I am an attractive girl, and multiple patients/guys have outright hit on me at the clinic, women call me pretty etc.

it’s freaky cause he’s engaged so it’s like I don’t want to assume he is into me that way but maybe he is. i wouldn’t cross that boundary although I find him to be so attractive.

im gonna tell you this... over 90% of the time when a guy is engaged or married and he flirts with other women, he is not serious about you. He just wants some extra fun on the side. Truth is... if he truly didn't want his fiance, he wouldn't have been engaged to her. He would leave her for you.
