Is my boss flirting with me?

I just started this new job not even 2 months ago and have this really amazing boss! He is super nice to everyone! So down to earth as well and has a great sense of humour! But lately when he comes over to my desk to talk to me about work or asks me about something he touches my arms and he is really close to me, also the same if we are standing up and talking... Then yesterday he put his hand around my waist as we crashed into each other in the kitchen... I am confused is he flirting with me? I must admit he is hot for a 34 year old guy and a sweetie but I don't know what he is doing and apparently he is seeing someone but I'm not sure. I'm not very good with going on my gut on flirting signals and relationship stuff! Need some advice help!

I can actually respect the fact he is my boss I like working with him he is very intelligent and fun and a great person to work with.. I just don't know how to act around him now the constant eye contact and smiling and touching my arms and leaning really close to me and now trying to touch my hair I'm not sure how to take it? :/

Guys, Guys @ work today my boss was leaning in really close to me and touching my arms & was always smiling at me and looking at me & then this arvo he looked me up & down like he was checking me out as if we where going to have sex ( Well that's what it looked like). Then he sat next to me at a team meeting and put his arm around my chair... Just would like to know from a guys point of view what is running through this guy's head? I'm getting so many signals don't if he is flirting/ being nice
