To start, I think his statement is probably an exuberant expression of the glee you get when you close a sale--and from experience I can say that the feeling of helping a mentee close is special. I think if anything you could read it as an expression of his pride in you rather than flirting.
Even so, it's a poor choice of words for so many reasons. I think a guy might say this to another guy, but it would make me a little uncomfortable too.
You could mention it, lightly, to others you work with and see what they think as well.

That's extremely inappropriate. What sort of company do you work for? Take notes whenever he says or does something inappropriate: time, date, what was said or done.
I've heard guys say this to each other when they score something great to share. Like tickets to a game, or some contract job they both can profit from. I can't tell you that's what this was, and you'd think he'd be more careful with a female employee, but I could see it just being just an excited expression of "I helped you land that one".

To flirt with you is okay but. to be married and flirt it's not okay at all and since he's 20 years older than you than nope it's not okay...
Tell someone...Yeah that was stupid, but maybe he was just being random. If it happens again, than you need to say something.
