I'd like him to put his arm around me (or do any other type of sign which shows he's my boyfriend) and then stare at the person flirting at me, it'd be like an indirect way of saying "hey don't flirt with my girlfriend"

No reason to get all worked up. It’s happened before and my hubby always handled it just fine. We are both attractive and certainly get our share of smiles. We don’t question each other’s loyalty.
