Did you ever fancy someone at work and did you act on it?

I’m working my first job in an office of about 15 people and there’s someone who I think looks neat. However because it is work I do not want to pursue anything provided it will be awkward. Is it worth just focusing on your work and see if something happens in a few months?

I did find someone at my work that caught my attention once. It was hard to talk to them because they worked in a different department. However over time we started talking and I connected with someone at work that was close to them and they told me a lot of details about this individual. Turns out some people are really decent and attractive on the outside but don't always harbor those say attitudes on the inside. We still talk every now and then but it was better for the safety of my job not to act on taking it further then a simple meet and greet

Ya I don’t like someone in my department either. Way tooooo close. But yeah I have a hard time finding someone anyway so I don’t have high hopes

I've definitely fancied a few colleagues over the years. I've been employed in a few different jobs and working consistently over the last 5 years so I've worked with a lot of people. I have never acted on or gotten involved with a colleague though. That wouldn't be wise.

I’ve fancied a couple of people who I’ve worked with in the past, one guy in particular at my first job but never acted on it other than harmless flirting (I was single at the time)
