When I was 24, I dated a secretary on my psych unit who was also 24. We dated briefly and had meaningless sex a few times but moved on by mutual agreement.

When I was 26, I dated a fellow mental health counselor in my psych unit. I moved away after we started dating and I didn't stay in touch; that was my mistake as she was a really nice lady.

My current girlfriend started working in my office after she and I had started living together. We are still living and working together.

In my 30s, I dated a couple of coworkers but didn't have sex or get into relationships with them.

I never had any blow back from dating coworkers. There weren't any rules against it. But I was careful and kind of picky.
