While it might sound innappropriate, it is actually not really because of the nature of the job.
We have been working together for some time now and he will be quitting soon.
We are friends and we always have nice chats and he's even asked all of us (my co-workers) if we want to go out for drinks since we get along great together.
I've noticed him staring at me a couple of times recently too. Sometimes I let him know he got busted by being like "You good bud?" and he's always like "Sorry, I thought were about to tell me something."
I kind of want to tell him I really like him but at the same time, I don't want to ruin the friendly atmosphere at work. We always all sit at a table and have a good laugh. I don't want to ruin this.

Update: Saw him yesterday and he's just too much of what I like in a man.
I'll wait until it's his last week of work to ask him out for drinks.
He sounds like the real deal. I would text him or better yet talk/call him and ask to do something outside of the work environment. Maybe just go for a walk or grab a cup of coffee or even ask him out on a date (guys do like that also!!) Do you think you want a relationship or even sex if you both are ready?

I don't know if I want all of that with him haha He's super cute and kind but just being friends with him is okay I think.
