I think it differs from girl to girl. Some are pretty straightforward about their feelings while some are shy about it.

Some signs could be her smiling a lot & genuinely when she is with you, getting touchy, asking you questions/wanting to know things about you, teasing you and giving you compliments. She could also be nervous and fidget around you.

There are lots of things she might do. Does she smile a lot? Stare? Fidget? Get nervous? Act shy? Laugh a lot? Get touchy?
