    I honestly have no clue. You are not a girl, so this doesn't make any sort of sense to me at all. I would look at the term "babygirl" as some sort of term of endearment if made to a girl, but not a guy.

    Why not just ask her why she calls you that? If she keeps doing so, she should have some sort of explanation, even if it is just a joke or something.

    Sorry, but that is my best guess.
