If a girl calls me "baby" all of a sudden?

So I have this coworker. She is older than me (about 8 years) and I have noticed she is always touching my arm and asking me question (a while ago she asked me if I was married). So today after we finished a project she called me "sweetheart" and I didn't think nothing of it. Later on, she asked me a question and after I answered she said "thank you baby". I'm not around a lot to see how she acts around others, but she is always complimenting me and stuff and "baby" is not something you would call a coworker, unless you are super friendly (which she doesn't seem to be, at least not go go around calling everybody that). Was she just being nice or could there be something else here?

She is flirting with you and how far she wants to take that we can't say yet but I doubt she treats all her co-workers this way. If she did, she would have a really bad rep which is not something you want at your work place.

I know, like I said I've never heard her say that to anybody. It was very sudden but like she didn't even had to think about it, it just came out and I didn't mind it one bit but I was just curious if I should follow up on the "name" calling or what
