Girls I need help, does my childhood crush like me?

I was friends with her since like pre-school. Her mom & mine r like bffs. She is the same age is me. I usually ignore her because I don’t want to make it obvious, I realize I was over reacting back then but it was too late. Ever since 2017 we were both spending time with each other like once every 3 months. I try spending time with her but every time I visit she is always sleeping. Recently I visited them because her big bro who was my friend was having a barbecue ( braai) at his house. Most of his and some of my friends were there. I went in the house just to give a gift and went upstairs looking for my friend. He was in my crushes brother’s room & just to my surprise she also happened to be there. I talked to my friend for a little while and just be fore he left he said “Have a good time with her.” I was freaking out but my crush didn’t say anything about it. I then left the room we both went downstairs to enjoy the barbecue. Most of the day I spent talking to my friends until the sun was setting I went inside the house just to play with her baby sis. Her baby sis likes me lot so I spend time with her. My crush soon comes out of her room and we started talking to each other. We both liked Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man and I gave her a high-five. We both like books so she showed me the books she read. When I was leaving she walked down the stairs with me and then one of the boys I didn’t know came into the house to get something from the kitchen. So he greeted her and she introduced me to him and she said that he is her friend. I met him before somewhere so we both greeted each other as well. He was just leaving then my crush raised her hands 🙌 and shook them then said “ You gonna leave without greeting me properly?” Then he walks to her to shake her hand normally. I was left in a state of jealousy and I didn’t shake her hand. He left but whilst I was leaving she looked at me and smiled and I smiled back. Did she try to make me jealous of him? Does she like me?
