Maybe she felt that she made her move (whatever that was), but felt like you didn’t like her in return! If she feels like she made her move but you rejected her, believe me, she will never put herself out there for you again! Now it’s YOUR turn to make the move!
there are other reasons… maybe she was single when she asked for your number, but subsequently she went back with her ex boyfriend. Who knows, maybe you could just ask her?

Do you know that I have a dog... and I've been having a fit with his skin and rashes... so I went down to Vet Center on campus for some help... And through the glass window I saw this Cat crouched (make image and look up) under a caged bird... And when I stepped in the Bird (parrot voice) exclaimed, "pardon me if i litter." Litter box, cat, and birds excrete outside their cage quite often... Go chase yourself some cat
