cold approach is running up on women who have not acknowledged your existance. a lot of guys who do cold approach will approach a woman from behind, or from the side, catching them off guard. regular picking up women might be going to a restraunt frequently and trying to ask out the cashier who is nice to you, or even approaching a woman who smiled at you in a walmart parking lot. the difrences are huge. if you practice cold approach, you could be single forever. if you do warm approach, you could be dating regularly
