How do you answer this question? “Are you single?” When you are but not looking for a partner?

This did happen, so if it ever happens again. I want to know how to answer it if you really just don’t want to get in a relationship when the person is asking you if your single?

As for me when people ask are you single usually say I’m single & accepting applications or I usually say it depends on who is asking.
As for me I’m single for a simple reason, I choose to be however if I meet the right person I’ll welcome a relationship all the way.
