Why does he compliment & flirt with me if he’s not certain he wants to to get back together yet? Ego? Validation?

Yeah I think he may be different. He feels more comfortable with friendship rather than being so involved. I can understand that personally.

We were together for a couple of years so it’d be a bigger loss to cut all contact I think.

I see. I already know that I have to do clean break. That’s easy for me because when I do get to that Trust, I love hard and without reservations…what can I do about another cheating etc anyway. If I get “violated” it is so much more easy to get out and heel.

Maybe he’s fighting for you. If you started dating THEN you see how that flirting is…how that turns etc…

I don’t know, we were together for 2 years prior. He wanted to sort himself out. Bit is on tinder as he said he has needs. Said if he were fit for a relationship it would’ve been with me. It’s just confusing really.
