Girls, Girls behaviour at nudist beach?

Ok, so here is what happened to me today. I was swimming nude at the beach when this really hot pair or girls arrived at the beach and set up their towels about 50m fom me. Then she gets in for a swim and it seemed like she deliberately swam my way and swam past v close. So I said hi and started talking to her. After a bit it seemed like she wanted to get away, she made an excuse and got out of the water and left me. So I'm wondering how to interpret this? Did she deliberately swim my way hoping that I would talk to her? Did I somehow put her off by maybe not being great in the conversation? Was she uncomfortable as we were both completely naked and maybe she felt weird talking to a guy in that situation? Or have I imagined all this and she didn't really swim by me on purpose but was just having a swim and I kind of harassed her?

Id say she was maybe 10 years younger than me, her late20s, me late 30s but I look mid 30s, so I dunno if there was a 'me being to old' thing.

I doubt very much that she was uncomfortable being nude at a nude beach. She knows what to expect. She may just not want to be hassled. I liken it to being at a gym. I am there for myself and not to meet other people or be hit on.

She may be thinking the same thing or having the same view as what I just described. That would be my bet. I am only guessing it is a lot worse for a girl at a nude beach. However, that was her choice to be there without clothes on.

I don't think you harassed her however. A simple "hi" or whatever else you said is not really harassing. She left and indicating she wasn't interested. Story over. She has to expect being talked to in a public place.

That is, again, no different than my example of the gym. Do I like it? No. Do I expect complete privacy in a public space? No. So, I don't think you did anything wrong because you didn't continue to pursue her.

Yes I agree, I'm deffo one to respect people and let them mind their own business.
It was the way she swam over to me though that got my attention. She was hot so when she got in I was like praying internally please come over here, then she did! So I'm confused as I want to believe that she came my way on purpose to get my attention, but on the other hand she may have just been going for a swim.

Yeah, best not overthink. I really don't see you doing anything wrong though. She knew where she was and what she was doing. Again, it is a public space and you certainly didn't harass her by saying hello.

When she made it clear she wasn't interested in conversation, you didn't pester her. So, I don't see that you were in the wrong.

Hard to say without being there it overhearing the conversation.

As a regular at a nude beach, conversations are welcome, but not everyone is up for going past short bits of small chat.

Usually the current starts to throw people near each other, same as at any beach you can imagine. That you went and said hello isn't a bad thing. It's not harassment, nor creepy bu the sounds of how you did it.

As for her leaving, I wouldn't think too much of it. May have been disinterested in the conversation. May have felt a bit uneasy. Any number of things. But I think I can safely say you weren't necessarily the problem.
