Should I post something on my instagram to get his attention?

I met this guy at a party a couple days ago. We flirted quite a bit and chatted very briefly on instagram the next day until the conversation kind of died down. He got sick so I just said feel better and he liked the message. Is there something I can do to grab his attention?

Ask him out for coffee or similar before you leave. You don't have to hide the fact you like him, you just have to show it in socially agreed-upon ways. This is one. If he's still ill, suggest meeting up when you return. Otherwise just let it go.
