Well some of the obvious signs are super obvious!! Like sexual jokes "are you Irish" I don't remember exactly how it goes but it is basically saying "do you want to have sex with me." Sometimes it is super obvious to the point it makes you laugh. But OK in a more normal situation or somebody you know more or like, not in a bar or meat market type environment the obvious signs are what JPresidente said, showing interest in you, seeming drawn to touch you, making you feel special, trying to make you laugh, maybe little gifts, complimenting you.
