I agree with guy13. I think a lot of smiling, acting very happy and engaged in whatever he has to say, giving him lots of compliments, etc. Does he have a hobby or do something really good? Depending on what it is you could tell him how awesome that is. Or tell him a flirty joke

When I do smile at him when we talk he smiles back
