How did you get a guy to chase you and it work? I work with this guy who i think likes me back (we don’t text but he found my badge and texted me from finding my number on it to give it back to me). I’m shy. He’s not what can i do to make him make the first move?

I believe guys are attracted to girls that are nice and don’t aggressively hunt for a partner cause they believe if you chase them, you will chase other guys too.
