As in the next day when they saw her he looked at her and said her name in a loud voice in the street and his friend started to say "she came" and after that they started talking about her and in the lesson they were acting silly and staring at her while he looked at her with focus (all who are in the classmates are looking at her!!!)

In that case I think it means either (a) he's interested in her and is clueless about how to show that to here or (b) he's a jerk and just messing with her emotions. In both cases, I think his friends aren't that nice.
