Sometimes, that is flirting but there are other factors to consider. One is language usage in your area. Don't southern regions use those words in everyday communication? I have rarely heard anyone at the grocery do that in Boston. If you were there then that's the equivalent of opening her pants for you.

If you are in Texas or SE USA then I would say it is nothing serious.
