This girl wanted my number but did not text/call me?

Me and this girl talk everyday and she also goes out of her way to start convos with me and find me. She wanted my number so i gave it to her. She has not texted me back since i gave her my number (two days ago). Why is this?

Maybe she changed her mind. This happens after one gets home and reviews everything about the other person in their mind.

She either changed her mind about pursuing you or is just very busy, it is almost Christmas. In any case maybe she will reach out over the weekend or by Monday.

We won't be seeing each other until the new year. It's kind of weird because literally some days she won't stop talking to me lol and I tell her I have to go. But you're right, it's a busy time

Maybe it would be a good idea to clear the air with her whenever you get the chance. I know the idea of that kinda talk is sort of off-putting and worrisome, but having an idea of what her intentions are would make things a lot more clear for you, rather than trying to figure it out on your own.
