Some people! I read the other responses. It' time you got some good advice. You didn't say whether she seems interested in you so we'll start with that. If she goes out of her way to make eye contact or to be wherever you are or fidgets with her hair, glasses, lips, earrings etc. whenever she knows you're there, she may be. If she crosses her arms when she knows you're there, she never will be. If she's interested, ask her out to eat at YOUR favorite restaurant or just for tea at lunch time or after work.

If you're not sure if she's interested or if she isn't yet interested, it's time to go after her mind instead of her body. Try come compliments only when they make sense. Try complimenting her intelligence or confidence. Women need to feel sure of themselves. If you can offer her that, she will value you. The more she values you, the more handsome you get. The more you entertain her, the cuter you get until you seem like a kid to her and you blew it completely so go mild on the entertainment. Don't give up but take it slow. Obsession is not an attractive trait so don't look hungry for her even if she looks like sirloin to you.

When one has a crush or wishes to date an older woman then one should look for specific reactions. The first being is her acting like a kid or giving “she’s so energetic” vibe off around you. Secondly, she clearly inquired into your life. And furthermore, she talks about age and whether this is a thing for you, basic flirting, doing “special” things, makes her status openly known.

It is usually not difficult, once you have been observed to be trustworthy, to tell if an older woman has an interest.
