How can I be more confident and flirty with women my own age?

I'm 20 and always flirt and have a lot of older female freinds because of this. They are mostly mid 30s 40s and some 50s but women my own age 25 and under I become a lot more shy, less outgoing and become quiet how can I fix this? as it's realy keeping me single.

Flirting with women our age is much more risky. We expect the older women to reject us, therefore, it is simply a practice session. The ladies our age is both what we are practicing for and a test. These girls matter because this is our marriage material. To be rejected by them is both intimidating and personally hurtful.-Even though they do not do it on purpose. Just try to find things in common. Be yourself and always be honest. It is ok at times to admit that you can be shy at times. Have you had sex with girls your age or older women? Or are u a virgin (nothing wrong with that also)
