If a guy always teases you, is it flirting usually? For example, this guy is from a different state than I am, and he will always tease me about being from my home state or say jokes about it. Every time I see him he will tease me

What if your boss is explaining something to you in a group and everyone shares thoughts and she slyly turns to you and looks and smiles says... well... what about you, was what I said clear? Smirks and laughs and blushes and says clear as mud right? Turns to the other folks and continues adding on more info. I sat there a little dumbfounded for a second and probably stuttering with a response I was paying full attention. It even made me blush I think they way we met with eye contact. I felt my face getting hot. I wonder if anyone even noticed?

And why the fuck should you care? You're a grown women so grow the fuck up. If he is or isn't flirting, did he ask you out? Do you want him to? And if so, wouldn't be better that he grew a pair and just approached you like a grown women instead as a highschool kid.

I would say he's just having fun and doesn't mean anything by it. That's how I would treat it until he approached me like a grown man should.

It can depend. The guy I like did tease me, I asked him out, hoping he still comes around, but he was talking to someone. He isn’t anymore as I see him on dating apps. Still I think guys can come off teasing but that doesn’t mean they like you. Trust me I work with men all day and I get teased on all the time. But again it depends, how close in age you are, how much they talk with you. Do they make a point to talk to you? It’s all things like that can help the matter too.

Depends really, there’s always some truth behind only joking, if you don’t like it tell him that you don’t like being teased as it’s also a form of bullying. Just be honest with him and tell him how you feel.

Not all types of teasing are flirting. From your info I cannot see any clear sign of flirting so it is tough to say he was flirting for sure or not.

He probably likes you. However his behavior is usually found in the 7th - 9th grade.

He's uncomfortable "talking to you or asking you out. If you don't mind a 13 yr old boyfriend ask him out yourself! Probably only way you'll know.
