I would say he's just having fun and doesn't mean anything by it. That's how I would treat it until he approached me like a grown man should.
What if your boss is explaining something to you in a group and everyone shares thoughts and she slyly turns to you and looks and smiles says... well... what about you, was what I said clear? Smirks and laughs and blushes and says clear as mud right? Turns to the other folks and continues adding on more info. I sat there a little dumbfounded for a second and probably stuttering with a response I was paying full attention. It even made me blush I think they way we met with eye contact. I felt my face getting hot. I wonder if anyone even noticed?
It can depend. The guy I like did tease me, I asked him out, hoping he still comes around, but he was talking to someone. He isn’t anymore as I see him on dating apps. Still I think guys can come off teasing but that doesn’t mean they like you. Trust me I work with men all day and I get teased on all the time. But again it depends, how close in age you are, how much they talk with you. Do they make a point to talk to you? It’s all things like that can help the matter too.

If a guy gives any guy attention, firstly, he is confident. Teasing is flattery by a guy who has not yet put a “conversation Game” together.

Usually a person can tell if another likes him or her check out there body language if it's in person u can tell or are u talking about someone just talking too u online if it's online who knows right lol! Depends really, there’s always some truth behind only joking, if you don’t like it tell him that you don’t like being teased as it’s also a form of bullying. Just be honest with him and tell him how you feel.
