But, there's two problems here:

First, just temper your expectations about the premarital sex. No judgement on you -- that's totally fine if that's what you want. However, if you are serious about this guy, that's probably not going to be what he wants. Most men or women in their 40s are not only have going to have had sex, they also are going to want sex. Anything otherwise is an unreasonable ask. And they are certainly not going to want to marry you without having discerned sexual compatibility first.

Second, don't date or have relationships with coworkers. I've been in the workforce now for 35 years -- it NEVER ends well.

Do whatever you want, you are an adult. Just be careful and watch out for any red flags. My husband is 7 years older than me and we have been married for almost 10 years. People will be skeptical because of the big age gap, but just make sure there isn't any secrets or that he is hiding anything.
