That happens a lot in colleges , if he acts like your are intrested in him then there is lot of ways to make him realize.

You should actually don't care about let him do all the bluff and basically do your own thing hangout with your crush and just don't care about it , it will gonna hit him very hard at the end.

But if you are very much bothered about it you can call him as brother or basically treat him very much like a brother or you can publicly tell your friend that you are in relationship with somebody else and it will automatically reach out to him and their friend will make fun out of him.

First approach is very effective just ignore him and enjoy your life and just don't care.
