Any Advice for approaching and talking to women?

I am a straight shooter. Sometimes i am able to flirt, mostly I am blanking out, with the same women depending on my mindset

Best I can do most days is small talk, mostly blehhh boring me.

Any advice for becoming more interesting by not changing into something i am not.

I am not a flirty type. Girls play those games. I will make small talk or "chat her up" for 10 minutes and ask her out if interested.

Firstly, formally introduce yourself... pause... and you? if she does not reciprocate immediately. Immediately state purpose or what brought you to her cogently so that she knows you are not a freak !!

Secondly, I am an information seeker. I ask questions that are not offensive and portray a genuine interest about them but nothing too deep and prying. Most of the time, it is a question that I already know the answer too in an area we share or have like interest in. It is good to do this in a way where she feels like she is more knowledgeable.-You'll get that overtime and usage. No government, religion, politics.

Thirdly, I compliment things about her. People dress because they like it and also hope others will like it. Be attentive to their appearance and react positively. Again, especially if fashion, phrase the communications so that you are "teachable". So she can teach you something "girly".

Fourthly is be Present and Positive. For instance, if you are at a shared professional career gathering then say something Positive and Relative to the moment at hand,

Fifthly, courteous, leave your end of conversation open for critique and review and see if she bites. In this one can offer and ask for help or opinion in a shared experience or "I have a problem and appreciate your insights" kind of thing.

Sixthly, MAKE HER LAUGH from smart and not Stupid. Memorize three corny animal jokes used in the beginning then in quiet moments. Women expect to be rescued and cared for and filling the quiet moments as "a man who can" is important.

Ask them questions. Nothing terribly personal or creepy, just show an interest in what they have to say. Or make a joke, women do enjoy funny guys. Or, if you're feeling really ballsy, just be honest. Something like "so I think you're pretty gorgeous and by the time I walked over I forgot what I'm supposed to say, and now I'm here like an idiot." Unless you radiate creep energy, she will probably laugh. From there, just keep her laughing and turn up the charm. Be respectful of course, but be honest. Granted, this is high risk/high reward, but if you've got nothing else, it's a hell of a hail Mary.

Lie. Lie a lot! Whatever see wants to hear you say that s***. If you don't know how to flirt or have trouble flirting, just ridicule her repeatedly but do it with a sadistic smile on your face. Most women will assume you're just joking. And remember this just a game. Don't take any of it very serious.

Ask her to help you fix your phone, then when she agrees say, "Every time I open my contacts, I look everywhere and I can't seem to find your number. Can you fix that?"
