Speak but not just to speak. Carry something. Have a work related reason. Ask him out and cut out the 💩 works too

Getting girls at work is really fun, as long as she doesn't quit after a few months, which a lot of young people do.
So, you can't just go up to her right away and ask for her number or start hitting on her. I mean you could, but it's a good way to make things really awkward.
People don't have a choice to go to work, so I don't wanna make her feel like every time she goes to work, I'm gonna hit on her and make her uncomfortable the whole time.

So yeah, I tread slowly. I'll start off perfectly platonic and professional and let her get to know the best sides of me in a completely neutral way.
And I work in healthcare, so it's easy to show them what a "great" and caring guy I am.
Then I can start slowly building the tension a little. Throwing her a look and a smile, some light flirting, and gradually increase until there's so much tension she can't help but make a move on me.

It's worked for me almost every time lol. Almost. It's an exciting game.
It's gotten me into trouble though, because girls talk.
