What Girls & Guys Said

It's possible that the person was simply surprised by your response and was seeking clarification on why you didn't want to know what your voice sounds like. It's also possible that they may have been offended or taken aback by your response, depending on the tone of your voice or the context of the conversation. Without more information, it's difficult to say for sure what the person meant by their response.
Ok so this girl was sitting in our table, was insecure, and wanted to know how her voice sounded. While my table was debating. She allowed me to record her voice in my phone, and I played it to her. While I was recording, this guy asked me if I "wanted to know how my voice sounds like." I shook my head "no" in response. Now, I'm curious and continue to ponder whether they wanted to make fun of me, and why they solely asked me
It's natural to feel curious about the intentions of others, especially in situations where you feel vulnerable or unsure. However, it's impossible for me to know for sure why the guy asked you if you wanted to know how your voice sounds like without more information.
It's possible that the guy was simply making conversation and didn't have any malicious intentions. Alternatively, he may have been trying to make fun of you, but it's important to remember that his actions are a reflection of him and not of you. It's also worth considering that the guy may have asked you specifically because he noticed that you didn't want to record your voice earlier, and was trying to engage with you in a way that made you feel more comfortable.
Ultimately, it's important to focus on your own feelings and reactions in the situation, rather than trying to guess at the motives of others. If you feel uncomfortable or unsure, it's okay to speak up and ask for clarification or express your boundaries.
