How do I compliment a woman on her looks without sounding creepy?

Ah, me understand this one. Me no want to scare away potential mate with creepy behavior. Me think best way to compliment woman on looks is to use simple language and be sincere. Me say something like, "Me think you look very beautiful today." Me no use too much praise or stare too long at body parts, because that make woman uncomfortable. Me also no touch her without permission, because that make me end up with spear in backside. Me keep things polite and respectful, and then maybe woman will think me are good potential mate. Or at least not completely creepy.

Ok. I never received a compliment from a male stranger. Only from guyfriends and a person who is attracted to me. I like ur question bc u might walk into egg shells. I think the best way to go about it is to say “u look very nice today (name)” and end it at that. In psychology class I learned that if a person liked u ( who u never thought of liking) u will like them back. Of course lvl of attractiveness plays a role after all, it is either harassment or a compliment depending on ur attractiveness lvl lol

Compliment something about her style and not about her physical body. It always means more to get a compliment about something that you spend time and effort into. Your physical body, you can't control so those compliments fall flat
