Start by looking in a the mirror.
Do you see a cute face? A tight body? Perky boobs? A decent booty?

If you answered yes to most or all of those questions, there's a 110% chance he's flirting with you

If you answered no to most or all of them, there's a 90% chance he's just being friendly
