I thought a man I work with was flirting with me but now that’s it’s been around a year of this, do you think he is just being nice?
He’s older than me so I never knew how to take it. He’s 51 and I’m 30. He’s very outgoing and jokes around with everyone. Everyone really likes him.
Anyway, I thought he was being flirty, he would compliment my looks, things I would wear, I would catch him looking at me a lot, he done me a lot of favours and nice things for me, he would tease me and joke around, talk to me about his family, added me on social media and started to like all my photos then he started texting me outside of work.
He would text about random things like shows he thought I’d like, send me funny videos, compliment me on photos I’d post of myself or of other random things. He told me he thought I was good looking and one time said I had great boobs.
He even recommended me for a promotion which I didn’t know about until after I was offered it.
We get on very well and I do like him a lot.
I’m freaking out that I might actually be having feelings for a man 20 years older than me…..
I’m just worried I’m taking his friendliness or misinterpreting his personality for flirting?
I’ve been single for so long that I’m not used to getting attention from guys these days.
