Friendly vs flirting?

I know there's a very thin line between being friendly or flirtatious.. So when do you know when you cross the line? In general I'm very friendly to the people who look more approachable.. I like to smile, say hello, make eye contact for a few seconds, with family and close friends we hug, kiss on the chick, etc.. For some reason with females and some males is a natural thing to do, with others may seem like I'm flirting with them.. Is this right, if a female is too nice would think she's flirting with u?

A lot of people misinterpret niceness as flirting. Between the opposite sex I guess it's hard to tell whether that person is super friendly or flirty. In our day and age being friendly to strangers isn't too common so yeah, it might be mistaken for flirting. But keep doing what you're doing. Don't change.

I wish I knew the boundaries. I flirt with guys and lead them on without even trying to and I feel soooo bad about it because I thought I was just being nice.

Can you be more specific what things do you do to make you feel that you're actually flirting when your intention is to be nice?

Depends on the body language, and what she's saying. I am pretty oblivious so u have to be very obvious to me if you want me to relize your flirting with me, cause for the most part i will believe your just being nice.

My version of being nice is when I smile, say hi, make conversation with all types people regardless of gender, and when I have no personal desire to get know them in a different level.. Flirting is not that easy for some females or that nice at the beginning but in general it leads to the desire of wanting to know more about a certain someone.. Can you give some feedback about your two versions?

Likewise. You smile, you are cordial , but no more. Flirting, you laugh at my jokes, you engage to talk to me, you are interested on what I do. Your eyes are big and say silly things

I guess flirting requires being a little silly, which there's nothing wrong with that.. I just don't want to feel awkward when I speak to anyone because they might not take well, it's absurd.. Anyway, thank you for clearing my thoughts, your were very helpful..

No it's nit right always but in cases it might be. being nice with opposit sex friend is not bad but how they understand n take ur behavior does matter.
But u r gud n nice... just relax...
