Advice given on this site when it comes to girls flirting vs guys flirting. Is there a bias?

I feel like a lot of the advice given on here has some difference in answers based on if the situation has a guy or a girl in it.

the asker could be asking if a person is being friendly with them or flirting, and from what i have seen if the person is a guy, people will say he is flirting, and when the person is a girl, people tend to say she is being friendly.

why is that? Or am i imagining things?

Flirting is flirting for the most part it is not much different between guy and girl. I would assume at 25-30 that you would have plenty of flirting skills to share with the public as a whole.

I think both sexes call it flirting.
