How to know if a male coworker is just being friendly or flirting with you if he initiates talking really often?

I know some guys are just friendly in general but sometimes I get some vibes from him that makes me think he finds me attractive. How to tell if a coworker is being friendly or is attracted to you?

No way to ever know unless you ask him. Honestly... if your interested you have to take the initiative and ask him. If your 100% not interested then you have to tell him that your not sure if he flirting with you or not... but he should know that your not interested. And then apologize if you miss read the situation. But yo must set boundaries.

If you tell him your not interested he will act like you're crazy for thinking was flirting any way and deny it... but that's that's the risk. But I will say that if you feel a certain vibe from this guy you should not leave it unaddressed. Because if you don't say something the behavior will continue become more blatant over time... because you never said anything so he assumes you are interested to.

After that tell your immediate supervisor that so and so was making you feel uncomfortable so you spoke with him about it... if it continues you will let the supervisor know, but until you come back to the supervisor and ask for help that you prefer that they just be aware but not say anything at this this time.

Yes he does, he works at the different department but started talking to me and now spends quite a lot of time talking to me. But maybe he’s just being friendly
