I've never had that done before, but it would be a really nice gesture. It would definitely make me smile/blush and take the guesswork out of knowing whether or not the flirting was positively received.

I would thank her for the cute snapshot and likely ask her by text, if I could call her sometime, whenever it was convenient for her.
