Me and a girl don't know each other but stare at each other a lot

When I finally bumped into her I said hello how are you she paused and started breathing heavy like could hear it I was like what is going on with her like really shy

Then puts on a really soft like really girly low voice and says good but really awkward around me

Is she into me?

It sounds like she hasn't had enough practice of how to chat with a guy that she may like. And she got caught by surprise by you bumping into her that she got nervous, shy and just didn't know what to say... if she is into you she will keep talking to you, but if not she will avoid you as much as possible... be easy on her and help her out in talking about an easy topic that you both know about. Otherwise just let it go and find someone that fits what you are looking in a relationship. Cheers

I think she is into you, but is having an issue what to talk to you about without making a fool of herself. But take a chance and ask her to go out for a walk or something that you both can be alone and chat. Then you will know if she realy is into you or into you as a friend only.
