My big bro, we are not related but I consider him my big brother.

In March 2021, he was introduced to this girl as he was joining the band, they started talking, he asked her out, and she told him she wasn't interested because he came on to her too strong. He backed away and started pursuing other girls and they were cool with each other.

Around May 2022, we were chilling with a mutual friend, the girl will constantly flirt, tease, touch, laughing at the smallest thing he said, we were bugging him to make a move on the girl and from what I was told, he asked her out and was told that she wasn't too sure on how she felt about him. He accepted her decision but rejected her friendship proposal.

In July 2022, he bought a new and his wardrobe changed, it was as if he had a makeover, we go out to eat, and on our way back, I was introduced to the girl he had a crush on, they started talking, the girl was in awe of him and admiring the car and jokingly made a comment they can go on a date, he just burst out laughing uncontrollably to the point where it goes awkward.

here's my question, at this point my big bro Mike has no feelings for her, last week we are practicing, and he was telling me he wrote a song and wanted me on it, as we are going through our music part, the girl was there with her friends, saw him, got excited about some reasons, was sitting at the back, got up and move closer to us. I played the electric guitar, he had a drummer and bass player with him.

I was in shock at what I saw, she got up and came so close to him (arm's length) and started to touch him to get his attention, he doesn't flinch, her body language screaming I'm interested but he was behaving as if she didn't exist and we are looking at them like what is going on here. She will be talking to her friends while her whole body is facing him, and will start laughing out loud for no reason but he's telling her to play this melody here and there without even looking at her.
