Trying to figure out what a woman is thinking is an impossible task. They often have no idea how they even feel themselves. My advice to keep your sanity is to drop any thoughts about what her feelings may or may not be towards you and instead, if you find her attractive, ask her out.

Maybe try and strike up a conversation with her or make a passing joke to her and see how she reacts if she reacts awkwardly next time try again and then ask her but not directly just say something like “I’ve noticed you avoid me a bit. Is there something I’ve done? I wouldn’t want to have done anything to make you uncomfortable but if I have Im sorry” and just act like you want to know because you work together and don’t want any work problems (nothing personal because you don’t care on that level) you’ll be able to tell by how she reacts or she may just tell you there and then that she likes you and didn’t mean to come across like she’s been avoiding you.
