I guess I should make it clear that compliment needs to come from a guy or a girl you know and are comfortable around, and not from some stranger.

Depends on how I feel towards the guy and what kind of relationship I have with him. It's probably not my preferred compliment, especially from a stranger. Lowkey it's probably something I'd be more chill with in platonic flirting than actual flirting, mostly just because it's kind of outrageous lol. Guess it depends on the guy though.
