If he had a desirable personality, absolutely.
I don’t care if he’s short. If I didn’t know him I would be a little creeped out though. I’m rather shy in public so don’t like strangers all that much but it would be the same for a tall guy too
Read the question wrong. If I already knew him it would be fine, I’m awkward as hell though so probably would just thank him and move on
