Does my crush like me back?

I really like this woman she means the world to me. I am unsure if she likes me back or not. Today, she went out of her way to help me even though I could do it 100% on my own. Before we left. I asked if she was coming with me at the time she had my laundry with her. She said "yeah, unless you don't want me to." I said. "I do" and she responded with "I knew you would like it if I did."
Does she like me? Is she flirting with me? Or am I just overthinking it?
I NEED HELP.

I think it's worth asking her out on a date to see. If she doesn't want to she'll decline and you'll have your answer.
