I was moaning to my crush because this guy I don't like is basically in love with me and crazy about me and he said, "I don't blame him." Do you think he likes me? What do you think he meant?

Mmmmmm I don't know, that's kind of a weird thing for him to say! On the one hand, it could mean he thinks you're really cool and he gets why other guys would like you. But it's also kinda vague. My sister would probably say it means he's secretly into you too. Girls are usually pretty good at reading that stuff. But guys can be so confusing sometimes! Maybe he was just trying to be nice since you were complaining about the other dude. I'd want to get a better read on him before assuming anything one way or the other. Does he ever find excuses to hang out with just you? Does he compliment you or tease you in a flirty kinda way? Pay attention to little things like that. And trust your gut - if you think there could be something there, maybe try flirting with him a little and see how he reacts. Worst that happens is you find out for sure! Just don't psych yourself out over analyzing it too much either. Play it cool for now and see what happens. Keep me posted!
